Report it to security. You can get a wrist band reissued with your original receipt and it will include any remaining credit on ewallet at the time of reporting it lost.

wallet is an electronic wallet where you can store money on your wristband and use it to pay for services such as towels, food and beverage and retail purchases inside the park. You can charge for amounts of AED 100, 200, 300, and 500. Ewallets are valid for 6 months with original receipt or wrist band.

Yes, a total of 11. They can be rented at the gate or online. Online packages include up to 4 day passes for the waterpark, 4 towels, a safe, some beverages and a fruit platter.
